Not for the faint of heart

The room was clean , and staff were helpful. They even rushed to get us solar eclipse goodie bags right when we checked in, a nice touch.

Not exactly cheap , but it was still acceptable for what you get.

The breakfast spread was a family hit, especially since we had 5 teenagers and 2 kids to satisfy. We loved hanging out by the pool, where the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet.

My kids wished for better housekeeping during our stay.

I had a quick stop at this quality inn and was pleasantly surprised compared to my last stay in burlington. The breakfast included fresh baked goods, and my room was neat with comfortable bedding. It definitely exceeded my expectations this time around.

Noisy air conditioning made it hard to sleep. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Quick access to local restaurants saved time. Had some issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to help out during a family emergency! They made our stay easier, and the breakfast wasn’t too shabby either with a nice spread to kickstart the day!

I had a decent stay at Quality Inn. The location was quite convenient, and I appreciated that the pool area felt calm and relaxing. My room had a comfortable bed, which made for a good night's sleep. However, the water took forever to get hot, making my shower quite unpleasant. The toilet paper holder was loose, feeling like it could fall off at any moment. I requested extra towels and pillows, but they only arrived after a follow-up on the last day. One major disappointment was the dryer malfunctioning in the laundry area. it ruined my plans for washing clothes and forced me to hunt for a laundromat. Breakfast was a highlight, with a nice selection, and the lady who prepared it was very friendly. I left feeling that while some things went well, the hotel really needs to address cleanliness and maintenance issues.

The stay was fine for a quick overnight during a family visit. The bed in the Queen Room was comfortable, and I appreciated the decent selection of channels on the TV. However, the heating system was stuck on, making the room quite warm, and the bathroom tiles had some cracks which were a bit unsettling. Overall, it served its purpose, but a few improvements are needed.
